Join us in the cafeteria on Thursday at 5:10 for our Title I Annual Meeting.
Jenkins Elementary will be hosting an Open House this Thursday from 5:30-6:30. This is a time where you can come in and see your child's classroom and teacher. There will be a sign-up sheet if you wish to have a conference. Open house is a moment to show the parents what their child has been doing during the first weeks of school.
Please enter through the cafeteria off of Strickland Road.
We would like to welcome students who wish to gather in remembrance of Robert Gillon to the PJSHS Gym this afternoon at 5:00PM. Local community and faith leaders will be there to provide words of comfort. We ask all media to stay in the parking area of Mellon Learning Center directly across the street from PJSHS. Thank you!
Don't forget tomorrow is our Meet and Greet Day. Please take the opportunity to come on campus and see where your child's classroom is. Everyone will enter through the cafeteria. You will need to do the following:
Transportation: find out bus routes/numbers and get your assigned car number for student pickup.
Update all info for a pupil info sheet
Talk to our health room assistant for any medication situations
Meet your child's teacher/s.
We can't wait to see you all.
Dear parents,
Spills and accidents can occur in school. Please send in a complete change of clothes for your child. They will be stored in the classroom for when they are needed.
Thank you JES Staff
We are excited to welcome our students back August 12th for the 2024-25 school year! Please make sure your child's vaccines and physical examinations are up to date. Vaccinations can be obtained at your personal physician or the county health department. If your child requires prescription medication or a treatment during school hours, a current signed physician order is required. All over-the-counter medications require a signed parent consent form. Please visit the district's health services page for more information. For questions, call your child's school or the District at 386-329-0538.
