Brylee Guessford, a 2nd grade student at Melrose Elementary School, opened up a lemonade stand to help raise money for a fellow student who was recently injured after being hit by a car. Her hope was to raise about $600, but she ended up raising over $4,000!
PCSD is proud of Brylee for caring so much for other people, and we are thankful for all of the community's support with her efforts to support her fellow Melrose Elementary student!
Principal Leah Lundy, shares, "Brylee is a sweet young lady who always has a smile on her face and is always looking for ways to help her classmates and peers at school! Her kindness is a perfect example of a model citizen, and we are so proud of her!"
