The Putnam County School District is proud to recognize James (JT) Stout as the PCSD Principal of the Year for 2020-2021. In 2001, Mr. Stout began his career in education in Putnam County. Since that time, he has served many different roles: teacher, athletic coach and school leader. Mr. Stout has been the principal of Palatka High School since 2016. When asked recently what his favorite thing was about being a principal he responded: "I enjoy helping students achieve their goals and working with teachers to be the best they can be for our students.
