The Florida Council of Instructional Technology Leaders (FCITL) Innovative Principal of the Year award is given annually. The award recognizes a principal who is an outstanding instructional leader who also excels by integrating instructional technology into the school's curriculum and culture.
Palatka Jr-Sr High School's principal, JT Stout, was recognized in Orlando at the Winter FCITL Symposium as one of three finalists for the state of Florida. He has gone above and beyond to create a culture of creation, innovation and learning.
