The Department of Strategic Initiatives/School Improvement oversees implementation of initiatives outlined in our district's strategic plan that contribute to advancing the quality, effectiveness, and performance outcomes of the Putnam County School District. We manage and monitor projects that lead to continuous improvement and support programs that make PCSD the preferred educational choice for families in Putnam County.
