Thomas Bolling, Associate Superintendent for Support Services, was named President of the Florida Educational Negotiators (FEN) at the 42nd Annual Conference held in Orlando earlier this week. This is Mr. Bolling’s 6th year as a member of FEN and his 4th year on the FEN Board of Directors.
As FEN President, Mr. Bolling will conduct FEN Board of Directors and general membership meetings, plan for and conduct the FEN Annual Conference, and encourage communication between members and districts to network solutions to challenging issues that school board negotiators across the state face.
Mr. Bolling shares, “My affiliation with FEN provides me ongoing professional development in collective bargaining and HR related issues. Additionally, I regularly network with some of the brightest minds across the state which provides me with the tools necessary to negotiate on behalf of the Board.”
PCSD is proud to have Mr. Bolling represent the district in his new role!
