The Federal Programs Office administers the following Title Programs under Public Law 110-107, the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001:

  • Title I – Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged
    • Part A – Improving Basic Programs Operated by Local Educational Agencies
    • Part C – Education of Migratory Children
    • Part D – Prevention and Intervention Programs for Children and Youth who are Neglected, Delinquent, or At-Risk
  • Title III – Language Instruction for Limited English Proficient and Immigrant Students
    • Part A – Supplementary Instructional Support for English Language Learners
  • Title X – McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Improvement Act of 2001
    • Part C – Education for Homeless Children and Youth

These programs serve the children in all nineteen schools in Putnam County.  The Federal Programs Office is located at 1416 McClellan Street, Palatka, Florida and can be found on the southwest corner of the Moseley Elementary School campus.


The 2008-09 NCLB School Public Accountability Reports are now available online.  The reports may be accessed online from the DOE website
