A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 17th, 2009, to be held on site at the Beasley Middle School, 1100 South 18th Street, Palatka, Florida 32177. RFP documents will be distributed at this conference. Bidding subcontractors must be within a 100 mile radius of the project.
Sealed proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 11th, 2009. Proposals will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at Putnam County School District Purchasing Department, 1001 Husson Ave., Palatka, Florida 32177.
Proposals packets must be sealed, addressed and clearly marked with the project name.
